Insomnia – Are you getting enough sleep?

Sleep is necessary for our quality of life.   It affects our moods, are productivity through to our health. Hypnosis is the Greek word for ‘sleep’.  During sleep we process the stress of the day, so it is absolutely crucial that we get enough sleep.  Hypnotherapy is a useful and powerful tool to help you get your sleeping under control.  It can promote better sleeping patterns and quality of sleep.

Fears and phobias  - What do you fear?

A phobia is defined as a situation or object that sufferers go to great lengths to avoid, despite the fear often being disproportionate to the danger that is posed. Through hypnotherapy the brain can learn how to create new habits and train your mind to gain control over your reactions, helping you to relax and bring your levels of anxiety down.

Over the last few years the stigma attached to smoking has increased.
